Family Events & Celebrations
When you want your parent included in an important family moment, Golden Steward can provide personalized support before, during, and after the occasion. This may include celebration planning, transportation coordination, thoughtful details, photos for authorized family members, and helping your parent participate comfortably.
Travel Companion Support
For families who need a reliable local presence before, during, or around an aging parent’s travel, Golden Steward can provide non-medical travel support and coordination. Depending on the arrangement, this may include transportation coordination, airport assistance, packing support, itinerary organization, and accompanying your parent during approved travel.
Hospital Discharge & Transitional Support
Hospital discharge can create a long list of practical needs at once. Golden Steward can provide non-medical transition support, including transportation coordination, grocery or household essentials, prescription pickup when appropriate, preparing the home for your parent’s return, and same-day family communication about what was handled.
Estate, Bereavement & Home Logistics
After a parent passes away or a family member needs local help managing practical matters, Golden Steward can provide non-medical logistical support on the family’s behalf. This may include coordinating vendors, organizing personal belongings, assisting with household logistics, preparing or checking the residence, and keeping authorized family members informed.

How Additional Concierge Services Work
Additional Concierge Services can supplement ongoing Steward Visits or, when appropriate, be arranged as stand-alone services. They are designed for families who need additional, short-term, or situation-specific support for an aging parent in South Florida.
Golden Steward does not provide medical care, personal care, medication administration, emergency response, legal decision-making, or clinical services. When a situation requires a licensed professional, the family will be directed to the appropriate provider or emergency resource.

When a hurricane threatens South Florida, Golden Steward can provide additional local support when family members cannot be here themselves. Depending on the family’s needs, this may include coordinating approved storm preparations, checking on essential supplies, helping secure appropriate household items, and providing family updates. After the storm, Golden Steward can return when conditions are safe to check the home and report back on visible conditions and immediate practical needs.
