4. User Responsibilities Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring payment is made as per the agreed terms.

5. Payment Terms Services are billed after each visit or as previously agreed upon with the client. Invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Termination of Services Services may be terminated by either party at any time without prior notice. Immediate termination may occur in cases such as non-payment.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability Golden Steward is not liable for incidents beyond our control that may affect the delivery of services.

9. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, clients are encouraged to contact Golden Steward directly to seek a resolution. If the issue cannot be resolved through direct communication, the dispute may then be escalated to mediation, and if necessary, followed by binding arbitration.
